After interviewing several staging companies in the LA area I selected Identity Home Staging & Design. Kevin and Chris made the process very easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. I had a multi-level townhome, 1900 sq. ft, that I wanted completely staged before listing it for sale. The townhome had some challenges to overcome in staging design because it had an elevator. The design team came up with a great color scheme, design, and layout which showcased the townhome beautifully. I chose to have every room and patio staged. Even though it cost more I'm so happy I decided to have the complete staging. The complete staging made the property show better and I believed it helped me get the price I wanted for the property. The design team were always responsive, kind and thoughtful; they followed through as promised. Right after the townhome was put on the market for sale we had a water leak that required some major repairs. The staging furniture had to be de-staged before repairs were completed. The design team were very quick to help after the damage was found and then again after the repairs were completed. Without complaint, the design team came back and re-staged the property for a second time. After the design team re-staged the townhome we had a purchase offer within two weeks. I am so happy with Identity Home Staging & Design services; I would definitely work with them again

Both Kevin and Christopher took the time to review and recommend changes needed to not just the inside but also everything outside our house in order to obtain top dollar on the market. Things such as paint and carpet colors that would highlight the existing cabinets, flooring and bathroom flooring. Wow! Christopher came out to meet with us and let us know what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell. Professional and kind is an understatement! We then went to work following and implementing every single suggestion he gave us. He was always available for questions, support and cheer-leading.
